We send the tracking code to you directly via email within 3 business days because our suppliers (the factories that manufacture the products) require this time frame.

Yes, during the transit between the country of origin and the destination country, there are no updates because there is no movement of the package. It will notify you as soon as it arrives in Brazil. After that, it will update with each movement, just as we are accustomed to with domestic shipments.

IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEE I NEED TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT?

No, only the total price of the product itself, as our products are not taxed by Customs or by the postal service . However, if any type of taxation occurs, we will take responsibility and pay any fees.
